Today when my wife and I get in the car, her cell sometimes connects to bluetooth even though my profile is selected. If a primary cell was enabled per profile, when I change to my profile it should disconnect her bluetooth connection and connect mine. This way I know that the driver will always have bluetooth for taking/receiving calls, etc.
