Rivian Software Wishlist

Driver + system is embarrassingly bad, jerky, doesn't see cars getting into your way until it's very late and behind even cheaper non electric cars. It needs to be reliable like Tesla. This is a very annoying software as of now. Please get on it!!! Thanks

Add a dedicated subwoofer level adjustment slider within EQ settings.

The app shows VIN already. It would be nice to have a spot to add license plate number, insurance company phone and policy numbers, car port number, etc. Bits of important but rarely used car specific information that can be all in one place.

14-50 outlet for powering equipment. The outlet should be on the outside of the vehicle so you do not have the vehicle open to be plugged in. Should be able to use it for long periods of time to power a house in a emergency. I really like how scout is set up with the 14-50 right next to the charge port and they where covered by the same flap.

Alexa support for all native integrated apps to allow for safe, hands-free usage of integrated apps such as Tidal, Apple Music, SiriusXM, etc. while driving particularly in requesting for specific songs, podcasts, playlists.

The smallest gap allowed currently IMO is too large. It invites people to my lane all the time which Driver+ then abruptly slows down (which also needs to be worked on. Vehicle needs to be a bit more calm when slowing down). This happens to me on a daily basis which makes Driver+ not so much a feature. Oh ya, actually this goes for cruise control as well or whatever Rivian calls it.

The single speed for the rear wipers is almost completely useless, I've never had it match the volume and frequency of crud that needs to be cleared off. Please figure out how the rear window might match the speeds of the front wipers, perhaps change based on front rain sensors, perhaps change based on speed of driving, etc, any improvement really. There HAS to be a better way to wipe the rear window.

Display monthly totals rather than forcing user to dive into each session. Being able to download the data would be a huge win as well. PS - has anyone recieved communication from Rivian when you have "shared feedback?"

When towing, with a dog, or when you want to be near a certain store or restaurant it is nice to look at a range of charging stops to choose the best one for accessibility for the trailer or what else you want to achieve. Probably best would be something like when you edit the route you have the option of exploring alternative charge stops and, ideally, see more useful information about each stop and a sat photo. Like a pop window for each showing a mini map and details. Then you could fine tune your route.

I know tank turn has all sorts of downsides, like tearing up trails and wheels. But the same tech can be used to create a tight turn by reducing the turn radius for inside tires. I make a lot of u-turns here in TX and it would be awesome to make tight turns
