Allow % State of Charge anywhere we are seeing miles of range remaining.

I don't care what the miles of range remaining are, I care what the state of charge is.
My phone I only see % state of the battery, I don't get "hours/minutes of battery life remaining"
If there is some kind of UI concern, make it an option.

On the mobile app you can tap the miles remaining to change to state of charge.
Though I do agree with you that the profile preference should follow you.
