Automatically partially open windows when door is open to ease closing it

The doors are airtight which is great for road noise, but makes closing doors harder. By automatically venting the window when the door is open it can ease closing the door. The vehicle can then automatically shut the window once the door is closed.

I put this on the wishlist back in February too "Auto Venting Windows" as well as posting it in forums and sending feedback to Rivian. It's a simple software fix to crack the window open and close them back up 1/2 inch to relieve the pressure. BMW, Tesla, and other makers already do this. Why can't Rivian implement this for their water tight doors?
