Custom Lock and Horn Sounds from a USB Memory Key

Add the ability to upload or read from a USB Memory Key an audio file that would allow us the ability to specify a custom lock and horn sound.
Users could then specify any sound they wanted for lock and horn including:
- Old car horn
- Flock of geese
- Duck quacking
- Whistling a tune
- Niagra Falls

I have thought a Jetson's car sound would be awesome for years... I doubt they'll open it up to be what ever you want to prevent people from playing something offensive.... but still it would be cool

You’re not going to be able to change the horn sound because it actually comes from a horn. However, the pedestrian warning sound is an opportunity to get creative. I would love for it to sound like George Jetson’s car.
