As a coder, creating new features is sexy, fixing bugs is not. But as a user, I want bugs fixed before new features are worked on!

What we did - make a % of each coder's salary dependent on the number of customer cases / issue related to bugs i their section of the code.

Yeah, I can tell you that as a very new R1S TriMotor MaxPack buyer their software is atrocious to the point it has done damage to the vehicle.
