Enable owners to select specifically to only have proximity lock activated at home.

Many of us want our vehicles locked at home, but the constant unlocking due to closeness to the vehicle is annoying so we disabled it... By disabling it now we need to open the app or find the key fob we don't use often to lock the vehicle. Instead a more secure manner for those without lockable garages (aka driveway parkers) to have the option to specifically disable unlock and leave proximity lock enabled.
